RICE

Basmati Rice

Traditionally form the Indian subcontinent, Basmati is a variety of long, thin aromatic rice. It is very versatile as a foodstuff, and is used in many different curries, as well as being used as a general side to many other dishes. India produces around 90% of the world’s Basmati rice, and we are a part of that. We choose the best production methods to ensure the fluffiest results when cooked with the distinctive taste that is unique to Basmati rice.

Other Rice

Other, non-basmati rice has the 3rd largest production rate worldwide, with only sugarcane and maize ahead of it. It is a staple food for people across the world and has a myriad of uses in cooking. Its huge supply makes it very affordable and can be exported in very large amounts at relatively low cost. The rice that we export is chosen from the best farms and maintains a high quality that will leave you very satisfied.

SPICES

Cumin Seeds

Cumin seeds can be used in a variety of dishes in both the ground and whole form, making it a very robust spice transferrable across many different cuisines. It has been used as a spice for thousands of years, and we want to help continue its use across the globe, by making it accessible to everyone. India produces between 100,000 and 200,000 tons of cumin per year, and we aim to become the largest exporter of this useful spice.

Turmeric

Turmeric is part of the ginger family and is native to the Indian subcontinent. It has many different uses, but is mainly used in curries to add a very distinctive flavour to any dish. It has been used for some medical purposes, but the evidence is varied and so it is primarily used as a foodstuff. It can also be used in some dyes and can be used as a food additive to protect the foods from sunlight. We export high grade turmeric for all of these uses and more.

Dry Ginger

India is the largest producer of ginger worldwide, producing 34% of the total. It is primarily used as a spice as it has a very distinctive taste and aroma, making it useful in a variety of curry dishes and sweet products. It can also be used to make drinks such as ginger wine, which is one of the most popular uses of dry ginger. Dry ginger is most commonly used in cakes and gingerbread. It is another spice used in traditional Indian medicine, and is very well known worldwide as a multipurpose spice.

Fennel Seed

Although indigenous to the Mediterranean shores, fennel is produced across the owlrd with 60% of it being produced in India. The majority of the plant can be used in cuisine, from the bulb to the foliage and fruits, making it a very valuable crop. The seeds come from the dried fruit of the plant, and they have an aniseed flavour with a warm aroma. They can be used to flavour fish, meat and vegetable dishes, as well as being useful for making breads and chutneys. It is another of the spices that India proudly distributes, and we export only the very best fennel seeds to you and your business.

Fenugreek Seed

Fenugreek has been known to be used in Indian cuisine for millennia, and it is still used today across the globe. Its leaves can be used as a dried herb as well as a vegetable. The seeds however are used as a spice especially in Turkey and Egypt. The seeds are a very good source of protein when eaten on their own, as well as being known to reduce cholesterol and ease digestive problems. The many different uses of this great seed are what make it a very popular product, with India being the world’s largest producer.

Natural white sesame seed

White sesame seeds are another very rich protein source, and they are also an excellent source of fibre. They contribute to the lowering of cholesterol as well as being a generally good source of B vitamins. Sesame seeds can be eaten raw, which makes them a great additive to granolas and breads. They have a relatively nutty taste, and they are used worldwide. It is known to be one of the oldest oilseed crops, and India is one of the largest producers.

Hulled sesame seed

Hulled sesame seeds are essentially just white sesame seeds with the outer husk removed. They taste less bitter than un-hulled sesame seeds, which can make them a preferred choice in dishes where bitter is not the desired flavour. They are hulled using high-tech equipment that is regularly cleaned and checked for proper functionality. Black sesame seed

Black sesame seeds are a different variety of the oily sesame seed family. They can have an even more bitter taste than white sesame seeds, due to the hulls remaining on them. They will also give dishes a darker colour, which makes them a good choice to add variation to breads and other dishes.

Guar gum

Guar gum is extracted from guar beans, which have been cultivated here in India for centuries. It has several stabilising and thickening properties, which make it very useful across applications in the food and feed industries. It can be used as a wheat flour substitute in breads and other bakery goods, as it is gluten free. It can also be used in the textile industry and in pharmaceuticals. We use the very latest technology to de-husk the guar beans and create a stable and useful product. India produces around 80% of the world’s guar gum, and it is used across the globe.

Oil

At the moment, the only product we have in the oil category is our castor oil. This is a very robust oil however and should cater to all of your needs. Castor oil

Castor oil is a vegetable oil made from pressed castor beans. It is extremely versatile and is used across a multitude of different industries. It can be used in foods as an additive, a mould inhibitor as well as in the packaging. In medicine it is used as a laxative and is also present in certain cosmetic products. It is used in industry as a lubricant precursor, and also as a cheap constituent of biodiesel. We offer both food grade and industrial grade castor oil, to cater to all needs. India is once again the largest producer of this commodity, and we source the best beans to create the highest standard of oil.

Guar Korma

Guar korma is created when the guar bean is crushed and is a very rich protein source that can be used in a variety of livestock feeds. Cattle and poultry are usually the main users of guar korma, and they benefit from the high nutrient content of the feedstuff. We ensure that our guar korma is expertly refined to yield a high-quality product.

Roasted Guar Korma

Roasted guar korma is a high protein feedstuff that is a good substitute for the lower protein content soy alternative. Roasted Guar korma is made from the Guar bean, the same bean from which we get our guar gum. It is a cheaper alternative to fish and soy meal, making it a great choice for your feed requirements and also a healthy choice. We ensure we carry out effective and safe roasting procedures to maintain nutrition and ease of digestion. We aim to provide value for money with all of our products, and our roasted guar korma is no exception.

Guar Churi

During the manufacturing process of guar split, germs and the husk of the bean are separated into a mixture that is very high in protein and other nutrients. This mixture is called guar churi and is a very useful cattle feed and is very low cost compared to other options such as soy and fish feed. The high energy content of guar churi is great for animals such as cows, and it aids proper digestion too. Our guar churi is great for any cattle feed usages and also very affordable.

Guar microlam

Guar microlam is another feedstuff that is derived from the guar bean. It has the highest protein content of all of the guar derivatives; up to 60%. This makes it an excellent choice for your cattle feed. It has great nutritional content and is very palatable and easily digested. Our guar microlam is sold as a very fine powder that will can be easily integrated into your current feeds.

Cotton seed meal

Cotton seed meal is obtained after cotton has been ginned and the oils from the cotton have been removed. It is very high in fibre and makes a great addition to feed for adult cattle. However, it contains a compound called gossypol which can be toxic to monogastric animals as well as young calves. For this reason, it is only to be used for adult cattle. It can also be used in organic fertilisers.

Corn grits

The final feedstuff that we offer is corn grits. It has the texture of coarse sand and can be used to bulk up feeds. It has relatively low nutritional content, which is why it is quite cheap when compared to the other feeds that we offer. Corn grits can be used in conjunction with our other feed products to make a well-balanced animal feed mixture.

Fertilisers

Fertilisers are important on any farm; be it crop or livestock. In order to feed your livestock, you need to have a high crop yield, and in order to obtain that high yield, you will need to employ some sort of fertiliser for your crops. Fertilisers can also be important for your own garden or small scale growing of plants. No matter what you need them for, you will find everything you require here. All of our fertiliser products are 100% organic, giving you a great section of options to choose from.

Castor meal

Castor meal is a great organic fertiliser due to its very high nitrogen content. It is obtained during the process of obtaining castor oil as a very important by-product. It is a great fertiliser that will provide all of the key nutrients for good plant growth and will accelerate this growth and give better yield than when the plants are grown without it. It is great for improving soil quality and productivity. Our castor meal is blended with husk to make a safe and effective fertiliser product. The versatility of this fertiliser makes it one of our most popular products.

Neem meal

Neem meal is created from the fruits of the neem tree, which is native to India. It has been used for a variety of purposes for thousands of years, such as soaps and anti-bacterial medicine. It is great for providing your plants with anti-pest properties and resulting in an overall increased yield. Neem meal is a relatively cheap alternative to other fertiliser products but is still very effective.
